Meet the Therapist

Jamie Rosso, MA, CCC-SLP, TSSLD

Founder, Rosso Speech Pathology P.C.

Jamie Rosso is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with over 15 years of experience supporting clients across the lifespan. She earned her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Hofstra University and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, where she has also been recognized with two ACE awards (Award for Continuing Education). Throughout her career, Jamie has worked in hospitals, schools, outpatient clinics, and private homes, giving her a deep understanding of diverse communication needs and therapy settings. Her passion lies in helping individuals who struggle to communicate feel understood, supported, and less alone—while empowering families through education, collaboration, and compassionate guidance. Driven by a long-held dream to expand access to high-quality services, Jamie founded Rosso Speech Pathology P.C. to support children and adults who may not qualify for services through schools, insurance, or other systems. Her practice is grounded in evidence-based care, individualized treatment, and the belief that everyone deserves the tools to express themselves confidently. In addition to her clinical work, Jamie serves as a Clinical Supervisor at Stony Brook University, where she mentors and trains the next generation of Speech-Language Pathologists. She is committed to lifelong learning, clinical excellence, and fostering a supportive, inclusive environment for clients, families, and students alike.
